After months of anticipation, @nobu_kualalumpur has finally reopened its doors at Four Seasons Place Kuala Lumpur. The new location is more accessible (no more multiple bag scan and lift change) and more exciting with the all-new Sake 🍶Room, new dishes, kids friendly all day err day 🥳🥳, new cocktails inspired by the four seasons 🍸and of course a brand new interior.
We were delighted to be able to enjoy Nobu’s signature Yellowtail Sashimi with Jalapeno, Black Cod Miso, Tenderloin Truffle Teriyaki and Nobu Cheesesake again (these are all the must order IMHO). Executive chef Phillip Leong also came out with new dishes such as the Foie Gras with Yuzu Marmalade served on a Sakura Monaka, so delicate and so rich with a silky mouthfeel.
As for cocktails, we absolutely love the winter drink - warm and deeply flavoured ‘Genmai Toddy’ (Hennessy VSOP, smoked honey syrup, genmaicha, homemade momokochan vanilla bitters).
This new location has everything you would expect from the signature Nobu experience - good quality food and service.
